Our Core Supportive Housing Program
provides safe, secure, affordable and decent accommodation in a
variety of settings.
All the Summit Housing & Outreach Programs housing
units are situated as close as possible to community resources
such as shops and public transport.
Varied levels of flexible on-site support are provided
within supported living environments that are client directed,
tailored to individual needs and focused on health promotion and
prevention of hospitalization. Support includes providing guidance
in life skills, problem solving, social skills, budgeting, etc.
Staff also provide counselling, crisis intervention, service coordination,
24-hour on-call service, advocacy and family support.
Description and location of accommodation:
One house provides high staff support
