to raise concerns, recommend changes and appeals any decisions related to the services you receive without fear of unfair treatment or forced agreement.
to expect us to keep your information confidential. (Exceptions: Summit Housing & Outreach Programs may be obligated to release information for your safety/safety of others if legally required).
